How can I order if my country is not listed on your website?
If your country is not listed in the drop down list of countries we ship to on our website we recommend using a mail forwarding company. You would be charged the standard domestic rate for us to ship the package to the forwarding company and then they would ship the package to you once received.
Why can't I add an item to my shopping cart?
If a notification that an item is not available is received when attempting to add the item to your cart, the item is currently sold out and we are in the process of removing it from our site. We do receive restocks and new items daily so keep checking back!
How can I purchase a gift certificate?
Magic City Gift Certificates are available in $25.00 increments. Gift Certificates are orderable on our website by doing a search on our website. An opportunity will be provided to enter in a gift message and the certificate will be emailed to the recipient within 24-48 business hours. Instructions will be emailed with each purchased gift certificate.
I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
We are sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order. It's possible this could have gone to your bulk email folder or we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us at (1-803-699-3950) or firstname.lastname@example.org and we can verify your order was placed and resend you an email confirmation.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, your order confirmation email will update to show a shipped status and will include your tracking number if applicable. You will also receive a separate email with any tracking information once your order ships out. Generally, Standard orders will ship out in 3 business days and Expedited orders will ship out the same day if placed by 12:00 PST, Monday - Friday.
I placed my order on the weekend with Expedited shipping. Why hasn't it shipped out yet?
All orders received on weekends are processed the following business day, including Expedited orders.
Changing an Order
How do I cancel or change my order or address after my order has been placed?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, once an order is submitted, it is usually not possible to change or cancel it. Please call us immediately at 1-803-699-3950, during our business hours of 9 AM - 4 PM PST, Monday - Friday. We cannot cancel or change orders by email.
Why is my size not showing on the pull down menu?
Our company selects a range of sizes to be offered based on our experience with broader demand. Generally the sizes offered range from SM - L and 0 - 13 for our regular clothing and XS-XXXL for our formal wear. Shoe sizes are available in all women's whole and half sizes usually raging from 5.5-10. When we run out of stock in a particular size, color, or item; it will no longer be shown online. To ensure the best fit for you, we recommend you refer to our size chart.
How do I know what size I wear?
Shop Magic City Boutique carries junior sized clothing. You can refer to our size chart for reference. You can also reference reviews and ask a question to previous buyers with our Question & Answer feature which is included on each item on our site. Will the shipping carrier leave my package at my front door or will they require a signature?
It is up to the shipping carrier whether they feel it is safe to leave the package or require a signature. To receive a package with guaranteed signature required there will be a $2.00 fee and you will need to note your request in the Comment Section when checking out at the time you place your order. You can you also call us at (803) 699-3950 and a Customer Service Representative can add this to your order as well. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm Pacific Standard Time.
How long does it take to receive my order if I live in Canada?
All Canadian orders are international and are shipped via United States Postal Service and Canada Post. Shipping time ranges from 2-4 weeks for Standard shipping and 5-7 days for Expedited shipping. However, Expedited shipments cannot be guaranteed due to possible delays in customs. Please note the customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. Most orders will include a customs form number that is a useful reference when tracking packages or obtaining additional information if your package is held in customs.
I am an international customer. Why did I have to pay additional fees to accept delivery of my package?
Some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by your respective government. Canada residents can obtain additional info on tariffs and duties by visiting www.ccra-adrc.gc.ca (Canada Customs and Revenue Agency) or www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca (your friendly Border Services Agency) or by calling Toll Free (from within Canada) 1-800-461-9999, or, if outside of Canada, 1-204-983-3500 or 1-506-636-5064 (long distance charges apply). For all other countries, please contact your mail and customs officials for additional information.
Sold out items / Restocks
Do you get items back in stock if they are sold out??
We do receive restocks daily, and as soon as we do, we post them promptly on our web site. We suggest to keep checking back for any updates. We also post hundreds of new items on our site weekly, and you may see something similar that you would like. If you see some thing that you would like to purchase, we recommend that you get it before it sells out, as our items sell out quickly.
